We’ve used Wes in the past before and he was really great but over time the customer service has strongly declined. We submitted documents for him to look at for renewing our mortgage 3 weeks ago and never heard back from him even after sending a few emails for an update. Disappointing when he used to be a very great mortgage broker. They need to work on prioritizing long term clients.
