Role Description
We currently have a great opportunity for two experienced residential mortgage agents or brokers to join our team. We can provide direct access to one of the top BRM's in the country who will help you bring your business to the next level. Underwriting or fulfillment support/services are available so you can focus on building relationships and developing business. This is a remote position but you will have access to either of our offices (Barrie & Newmarket) to plan meetings with your referral partners or sign clients.

Qualifications
- Mortgage Agent Level 1, Level 2, or Mortgage Broker licence required or equivalent mortgage banking experience with completion of the licensing course
- Proven history of mortgage sales volumes greater than $15M per year
- Mortgages are your full time focus
- Willing to work remotely with use of technology but also willing to attend meetings in person from time to time (Newmarket & Barrie)
- Proven knowledge of mortgage products and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial analysis and mortgage processing
- Knowledge of Scareltt Mortgage System, Purview, Equifax, MS Office, DocuSign are all considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
