Hello Grant;

Just a quick note to let you know that Jonathan Griffiths' office (Alana) called today to advise Veronica that everything was finalized and that the cheques were about to be distributed. She mentioned that there was a bit of a shortfall, which as you already know since you and I had discussed this, but in the end it all worked out.

A lot of creative work was done to get this through at this interest rate and with a five year term; and not often do all of us understand exactly what goes on behind the scenes to make these transactions proceed and proceed seemingly seamlessly. I happen to know some of it and I want to register on behalf of myself and Veronica our heartfelt gratitude for all your hard work and excellent negotiations.

Dreams to Reality

My brother and I had a vision to become real estate investors by purchasing several residential investment properties in Barrie close to Georgian College.

Our plan was to purchase good quality houses close to the college that could be easily rented to students. Once established, the properties would provide us with a steady flow of income and secure a nest egg for the future. At the same time, we would be providing quality accommodation to college students at an affordable price.
