Shane has over 20 years experience in his field, having worked  for several financial institutions including Laurentian Bank of Canada, Canada Trust.  He has held Senior Credit positions with these companies and has developed solid skills in Mortgage Underwriting and Business Development. Shane currently lectures at Centennial College in Scarborough on the "Ten Steps to Becoming a successful Mortgage agent".

Shane enjoys his community involvements and sits on his local Church Board as well as the Board of Directors for the Manning Mews Seniors Housing Complex. He has devoted over 15 year’s service with Scouts Canada where he was also able to spend quality time with his 3 sons. He writes "Mortgage" articles for a community newspaper. He is also a charter member of the Scarborough Twilight Rotary Club.

His association with the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario, from being a past President and sitting on several committees has allowed Shane to have a voice in the ever-changing mortgage business he loves.
